In the name of Balgruuf the Greater, Jarl of Whiterun Hold, may it be known in the present and future that I, Proventus Avenicci, steward to the Jarl, by virtue of the authority vested in me, by this charter, grant and transfer to the Dragonborn and his heirs the property known as Breezehome, in the Plains district of Whiterun on the present day.
