Ring of Magicka is a game piece with no card type. It is given to the player going second in a match. It has 3 charges that can be activated to gain 1 magicka for a turn and will be destroyed after all three charges are used. It replaced Elixir of Magicka in patch 1.60 so it couldn't be removed by support destruction or give unfair advantage to players with Tower Alchemist.
