Solution

I think I have the solution, but someone else can add it to the page because I don't want to ass up the formatting.

It's just to invert the text and then substitute each letter using the alphabet split into 4 letter blocks and reversed. (So, UVWZQRSTMNOPIJKLEFGHABCXXD, without X and Y because they don;t exist.)

The first block is just the last line of each page:

Yep! good job, that is the solution. I've solved it when I posted the text here but haven't uploaded the solution because it was night and I went to bed :D Also wanted to give other people a chance to figure it out.
