Province: Cyrodiil Mercantile skills have been defined by the following scale:

| = Novice | |
| = Apprentice | |
| = Journeyman | |
| = Expert | |
| = Master |
This distinction does not exist in the game. The terms (but not the values) have been borrowed from Oblivion. The values have been scaled down to provide a better division for Morrowind values.
