Description Changes

Anniversary banners have changed their description to: Marking (number) years of reign. The same applies to anniversary monuments

Ifcurrently on the page the old description, then I think the old description should be noted in note section on pages and in main places rewritten with a new one, but for banners for the ones wich only after 55, as the previous ones are not in the game anyway so their description remained unchanged¿

Also, so far, there are no passive improvements to the castle anywhere
