The following are a list of corrections to The Elder Scrolls: The Official Cookbook that the author, Chelsea Monroe-Cassell, posted on her website.
- Imperial Mushroom Sauce – The white wine vinegar can be added along with the chicken broth.
- Honey Brittle – There is no amount listed for the water, but you can just add a splash. It's to help the sugar start melting.
- Kwama Egg Quiche – The instructions have you sautee one of the tomatoes with the garlic, but it's unclear what should happen to those. Simply mix the cooked tomato in with the eggy-milk mixture and pour into the pastry shell.
- Baked Creme Treats – There's no temperature listed for baking the treats, but 350F should do the trick.
