Purpose of this sandbox

I'm just setting this up for a Competition running on the UESP Forums, the aim being to create an article of a similar standard to the current ones on the UESP, detailing a fictitious and completely UESP Forums created Great House. Hopefully I've done everything correctly, but if I've made a mistake somewhere in creating this, please don't hesitate to fix things or hit be with a stick over it. Also note, that for now, this is just a copy of the Morrowind Hlaalu page, which I'll be adapting for the Compilation of Competition at a later date.
