When you're editing, it's always a good idea to leave edit summaries to explain the changes you have made to a particular page, and remember to sign your talk page posts with four tildes ~~~~. Also, the "show preview" button is a great way to view the changes you've made so far without actually saving the page (our patrollers really appreciate it!).

Missing in Action

Hey I saw your post, Do you by any chance happen to be on PC with the USKP? Because as of Patch 1.8, including any of the official DLC the Diplomatic Path IE Talking to General Tullius is broken and you will either be told no outright, or given the missive and as a result be the quest breaks because it removes the option to do it any other way at that point and you cannot actually turn in the release orders to the Thalmor which results in the quest being uncompletable.
