Hi, welcome to UESPWiki! I'm guessing you might be the same editor who's been adding to Tamriel:Mysterium Xarxes; thanks for your interest in contributing to the site. However, the "Translating the Mysterium Xarxes" link already listed at the bottom of that page provides a complete translation of the book, so adding partial translations doesn't seem too useful.
