This template should replace the content of a user who is blocked indefinitely by an administrator.

This user has been blocked indefinitely from editing per ruling by an administrator or by community consensus. This user may request for a commuting or appeal at any time by contacting an administrator via e-mail or by requesting to be unblocked on his talk page.
