Quick Walkthrough

1. Journey to the beach southeast of Sailen and search the southernmost of the tiny islands across the water from it.
2. Speak to Lleros Drothan on the isle.
3. Go to Sailen's temple and speak to Saryn Arns. Retrieve the supplies (TR_m3_Sa_supplypackage) from the chest in the bedroom.
4. Return the supplies to Lleros and talk to him about the Nixtooth.
5. Go north from Lleros's island until you see flotsam on the water. Dive to the ship and retrieve the Nixtooth of Amar-Sin from a reliquary inside a busted crate.
6. Return the Nixtooth to Lleros, and talk to the boatman, Foras Indaren.
7. Speak to Saryn Arns at the Sailen temple for your reward.

1		I found a man named Lleros Drothan stranded on a small island off the east coast. He was severely weakened due to lack of food and water. All I could understand was that he was supposed to be getting to the Sailen Temple. I should go find help there immediately if he is to survive.
10		Saryn Arns, the head priest at the Temple in Sailen, knew who Lleros Drothan was. He was supposed to have arrived there days ago. Saryn has given me a key to a chest in the bedroom of the Temple. I am to take a package of supplies from this chest and bring it to Lleros while he arranges for a boatman to come pick him up.
15		I have the supplies. I should now hurry back to Lleros on his isle south by southeast of Sailen.
20		After providing Lleros with food and drink, he slowly began to recover.
30		Lleros Drothan told me he was to return the Nixtooth of Amar-Sin from the Necrom catacombs to the Temple in Sailen, but he lost hold of the relic when his boat sank. I agreed to look for it in the water around the island he is stranded on.
40		I managed to find the Nixtooth of Amar-Sin in the sunken wreckage of Lleros' vessel.
50		I returned the Nixtooth to Lleros, who was delighted to be able to bring it back to Sailen. He needs to get home as fast as possible now.
60		I accompanied Lleros back to Sailen.
61		I have asked the boatman sent by Saryn Arns to take Lleros back to the Temple in Sailen. I should probably check up on him there.
70	Finishes quest	Saryn Arns rewarded me with a sum of gold and an enchanted ring for bringing Lleros back to Sailen safe and sound.
