Quick Walkthrough

1. Speak to Feldril Sathis at his Hlan Oek manor about business and S'Vosh's code book.
2. Obtain S'Vosh's Code Book from Ranor Tharys by:
   • Killing him.
   • Pickpocketing him.
   • Convincing him to hand it over (req. 80+ disposition and not Kinsman rank or higher in House Hlaalu).
3. Return the book to Feldril.
