1. Speak to Dreynos Helvi at the Hlaalu Council Manor in Andothren.
2. Speak to Nalvyna Balen at the Docks: Port Authority in Andothren.
3. Complete Packrat.
4. Complete Counting Crates.
5. Complete Greef Astray.
6. Complete A New Employment.
7. Complete The Waylaid Ship.
8. Take your letter of recommendation to Dreynos Helvi.

Notes

• It is possible for Nalvyna to refuse you your letter of recommendation in the event that you made certain choices during her quest (such as opening sealed letters, withholding goods, etc). In this case you will need to complete House Hlaalu quests elsewhere in Morrowind before Dreynos Helvi will give you further work.

80		Having failed several of Nalvyna Balen's tasks, she refused to recommend me to Dreynos Helvi. I should tell him about my failure.
90		Being satisfied with the work I've done for her, Nalvyna Balen has now written a recommendation letter for Dreynos Helvi.
100	Finishes quest	I've given the recommendation letter to Dreynos Helvi. He'll be willing to give me more serious work, provided I've finished my business with Nalvyna.
110	Finishes quest	Dreynos Helvi was disappointed upon learning that Nalvyna Balen won't recommend me for further work. However, if I improve my reputation within House Hlaalu elsewhere, he might still have some business for me.
111	Finishes quest	Dreynos Helvi was disappointed upon learning that Nalvyna Balen won't recommend me for further work. However, since I've gained some reputation within House Hlaalu already, he still decided to offer me some business.
