Quick Walkthrough

1. Fervas Shulisa wants you to deliver a coded message and 5 greater soul gems to Mistress Eldale in Gah Sadrith.
2. Visit the enchanter Cerul Arnem in Port Telvannis for the soul gems.
3. Deliver the message and the soul gems to Mistress Eldale, and then wait for an hour for her reply.
4. Return to Fervas Shulisa with the reply from Mistress Eldale for your reward.

Detailed Walkthrough

Mouth Fervas Shulisa asks you to deliver a coded dispatch, as well as five greater soul gems from the enchanter Cerul Arnem here in Port Telvannis to Mistress Eldale in Gah Sadrith. If you haven't done the quest Noises Off for the enchanter Cerul Arnem, he won't speak to you, so you must complete that quest before he agrees to give you the prepaid soul gems.

Once you have the soul gems, you can use the travel service at the docks in Port Telvannis to get to Gah Sadrith. As usual, having a levitate spell is highly recommended. Mistress Eldale will thank you for delivering the items, but she requests that you come back in one hour. Simply wait, and talk to her again. She will give you a new message which you need to give back to Fervas Shulisa. If you visit Fervas Shulisa without the reply from Mistress Eldale your reward will only be 20 gold instead of 50 gold had you waited for the reply. You also receive only one point of House Telvanni faction reputation instead of two.

50		I have failed to return to Mistress Eldale as ordered.
100	Finishes quest	Fevras Shulisa has paid me for delivering the letter to Mistress Eldale, but was disappointed I did not return as ordered to Mistress Eldale.
110	Finishes quest	Fevras Shulisa has paid me for my services.
