JLE (talk) 03:46, 12 November 2020 (UTC) Noted that the house is "occupied by" rather than "owned by" Councilor Dolvara: the Arenims are a Hlaalu family (proved by subsequent events in the Third Era). How Dolvara of Redoran came to be its resident is unknown, but he is a traitor to his House of Redoran and has dealings with Hlaalu - and Dres. Whether he has bought the place, or is renting it, is unknown, and therefore we cannot be certain he is the actual owner. The fact that the Manor passes back to being occupied by a member of its founding namesake family by the time of the Third Era may suggest, in fact, that it was always their possession, and Dolvara's residence was on rent or mortgage. Still, given how property rentals work, the rights over the place - and certainly its containers and belongings - will effectively be the resident's, namely Dolvara's.
