Translate all of the Champion 150 and Champion 160 runestones.

Ruby Potency is awarded for learning all of the runes for Champion 150 and 160. These include two Positive Potency Runes, two Negative Potency Runes, and one Essence Rune. To do this, you will need to have increased your Potency Improvement passive to 10, which requires you to have reached level 50 in Enchanting. You can learn a rune simply by creating any glyph using it. Runes can be found in many locations, most commonly near ruins. The runes can be found anywhere, but are more common the higher your level and Enchanting skill, or you may purchase the Potency runes from Enchanter merchants. Hakeijo runestones are much rarer than other essence runes, but can be bought either at Guild Stores or for 5000 Tel Var Stones stones at the alliance bases in the Imperial Sewers. This achievement will allow you to purchase an Enchanting Gem for your home. It costs 000050005,000  and can be purchased from any enchanter.
