Inishzhar is a Khajiit laborer who can be found within a weathered barn in the slums of Senchal. He has no unique dialogue.
He can be quite difficult to pickpocket due to his position against the wall. In order to pickpocket him, you can jump onto the wooden wall to his left, slowly jump your way to the wall, then jump on top of the shelf above him. Go into third person and point the camera down, and position yourself to pickpocket him.
