Bloodlord Zavak is a Dremora leading Valkynaz Nokvroz's blood adepts, who can be found at Ardent Hope.

Against All Hope: Launch an attack on the citadel of Ardent Hope and take on Valkynaz Nokvroz.

Quick Strike: A basic melee ability that deals low physical damage.
Biting Winds: A dual-hitting basic melee attack that deal low physical damage each.
Dagger Throw: A basic ranged attack dealing low physical damage.
Feet of Fire: Bloodlord Zavak leaps backwards, putting distance between him and his target. The ground he travels over is engulfed in flames, indicated by a red rectangle, dealing continuous low flame damage.
Summon Bound Hemoptera: Bloodlord Zavak summons a Bound Hemoptera, which channels a buff on their summoner that causes them to do twice the damage and take less damage. If the Hemoptera is interrupted, it becomes an Unbound Hemoptera. They will be rebound to their summoner after a few seconds.
Sacrifice Hemoptera: Bloodlord Zavak can destroy his Hemoptera to heal himself.
Tainted Blood: Bloodlord Zavak throws thick blood at his target which splatters all over the ground, indicated by a large red circle, dealing continuous moderate magical damage.
Blood Flow: Bloodlord Zavak raises his hand and conjures a spell that causes six blood geysers to erupt at his target's location one after the other, indicated by large red circles, each dealing moderate magical damage. This can be interrupted.
Summon: Bloodlord Zavak summons a Dremora Blood Adept and a Dremora Bloodmaster to assist him.

Lyranth will have spotted The Anchorite in the next room with Bloodlord Zavak and his minions keeping her captive:

Lyranth: "There! Bloodlord Zavak, and he has the Anchorite. Let us listen in."

Bloodlord Zavak: "Your blood will empower the Perfected Cataclyst and birth an Incarnate to conquer all for Mehrunes Dagon."

The Anchorite: "I'll destroy that device just like I destroyed the Riven Cataclyst."

Bloodlord Zavak: "Valkynaz Nokvroz cast down the foolish Arox and purged the Order of the Waking Flame. You will submit, too."

Bloodlord Zavak: "Bring her. Nokvroz awaits us in the volcano. And you there, in the shadows—we will deal with you soon enough!"

Later in the Xarxes Crucible, Zavak will have The Anchorite bound on an altar.

Bloodlord Zavak: "Too late, mortal! The Anchorite's blood flows through the cataclyst and soon Valkynaz Nokvroz will emerge transformed!"

You have no choice but to fight and defeat him.
