Prerequisite Quest: Yol's Mix for the Sandrunner
Next Quest: The Most Beautiful Rose in the Desert

Quick Walkthrough[edit]

  1. Talk to Fjinni.
  2. Talk to Omton.
  3. Listen to Dor's Ten's confession.
  4. Talk to Fjinni again.

Detailed Walkthrough[edit]

One of Fjinni's salmon has gone missing. She thinks it's Omton, the resident drunk, so you should talk to him first. He'll claim innocence (as he rightly should). After you talk to him, Dor's Ten, the innkeeper, will come up to you and confess, after which he'll run off and talk to his wife. She'll then apologize to you and give you something for your efforts.

10 Fjinni thinks one of her salmon was stolen. She suspects Omton, because she caught him behind the counter before. I should question him. Or maybe I'll find something compromising in his house?
20 Omton doesn't seem to know anything about the salmon, but he doesn't seem quite right either.
25
30 Dor's Ten admitted stealing the salmon. I should tell Fjinni the truth that it was him.

Notes
  • Not all Journal Entries may appear in your journal; which entries appear and which entries do not depends on the manner in which the quest is done.
  • Stages are not always in order of progress. This is usually the case with quests that have multiple possible outcomes or quests where certain tasks may be done in random order.
  • If an entry is marked as "Finishes Quest" it means the quest disappears from the Active Quest list, but you may still receive new entries for that quest.
  • On PC It is possible to use the console to advance through the quest by entering setstage ODDDesertArenaTavQuestC stage, where stage is the number of the stage you wish to complete. It is not possible to un-complete (i.e. go back) quest stages. See SetStage for more information.
