Quick Walkthrough[edit]

  1. Talk to Da'Kharris.
  2. Talk to Jubin and meet him at the Sandrunner.
  3. Return to Da'Kharris.

Detailed Walkthrough[edit]

Da'Kharris wants to steal a jar containing a ghost of Jubin's ancestor from Jubin's house, but he doesn't want to be fingered for it. To this end, he needs someone to distract Jubin while the theft goes down - you. All you have to do is talk to Jubin and get him to meet you at The Limping Sandrunner and keep him there long enough for Da'Kharris to get away. You'll get a cutscene wherein Jubin gripes about you wasting his time, then he'll leave and you'll get a quest update; at this point, you're free and clear - go talk to Da'Kharris to get your reward.

10 Da'Kharris wants me to send Jubin to the Limping Sandrunner while I steal a strange jar in his possession that houses a ghost. Da'Kharris does not want to be associated with the theft in any way.
20 Jubin took the bait. He'll be waiting for the alleged customer in the Limping Sandrunner, and I'll have enough time to take a closer look at his shop. Unobserved.

40 I took Jubin's jar with the ghost in it. Da'Kharris should be waiting for me in the Limping Sandrunner.

70 Jubin didn't seem particularly thrilled that I was wasting his time.

100 Finishes quest☑ Da'Kharris was pleased with me. He has the jar with the spirit in it, and Jubin has no idea that the Khajiit had anything to do with it.

Notes
  • Not all Journal Entries may appear in your journal; which entries appear and which entries do not depends on the manner in which the quest is done.
  • Stages are not always in order of progress. This is usually the case with quests that have multiple possible outcomes or quests where certain tasks may be done in random order.
  • If an entry is marked as "Finishes Quest" it means the quest disappears from the Active Quest list, but you may still receive new entries for that quest.
  • On PC It is possible to use the console to advance through the quest by entering setstage ODDDesertAD03 stage, where stage is the number of the stage you wish to complete. It is not possible to un-complete (i.e. go back) quest stages. See SetStage for more information.
