Walkthrough[edit]

Once you've acquired a map to the location of Ocato's Castle, it's off to Skyrim. You'll have to leave your companions behind in the courtyard and make your way through the castle yourself (see the entry for more details). When you get to the throne room and confront the rebel leader, you'll be knocked out and wake up in another room. After a brief cutscene wherein Ocato confers with his mages and you have a little chat with him, he'll conduct a ritual that sends you to Mephala's realm.

10 On the map that the battlemage had on him, "leader's camp" is written. Is that the place where the last guy, who is responsible for all this trouble, is hiding? I should find that out on the spot. Hey, there is something else down here: 'O. E. B.R...'? What does that mean? Anyway, only the head villain matters to me for now; I'll take care of the rest later.
20 So this is the place where is the rebel leader is hiding? Well, I should find a way into his castle. (If there are no companions along.)

Notes
  • Not all Journal Entries may appear in your journal; which entries appear and which entries do not depends on the manner in which the quest is done.
  • Stages are not always in order of progress. This is usually the case with quests that have multiple possible outcomes or quests where certain tasks may be done in random order.
  • If an entry is marked as "Finishes Quest" it means the quest disappears from the Active Quest list, but you may still receive new entries for that quest.
  • On PC It is possible to use the console to advance through the quest by entering setstage ODDHQMadOcato stage, where stage is the number of the stage you wish to complete. It is not possible to un-complete (i.e. go back) quest stages. See SetStage for more information.
