Jelin is a Redguard necromancer who lives in his house in Chorrol. He is actually an impostor—he killed the real Jelin some time before on his master's orders and took Jelin's place. Since Jelin kept to himself, few people would know the difference. Sorla will want you to deal with him at some point, whereupon you'll learn the truth of the matter (though not the motives behind it).

Jelin wears a burgundy linen shirt and pants, and quilted shoes.
