Is Her Lack of Training a Bug?

Both Uleni Heleran's dialogue and dialogue from other NPC's indicate that she offers training. Specifically, she claims to offer training in Conjuration, Mysticism and Destruction, and she is referred to as a Conjuration trainer by others during the Gateway Ghost quest. Checking in the Construction Set, her three highest skills are, in fact, Destruction (54), Mysticism (49), and Conjuration (45). If the "Training" flag were to be checked in her Services package she would, in fact, offer the training which she claims to. Given the in-game dialogue evidence, I would submit that her lack of training services should be considered a bug due to developer oversight in failing to check the Training box. I came the same conclusion from reading her and others' dialogue. If there's any other evidence for or against it (like a forum post by a dev or something), I don't know of any. ThreeC (talk) 03:26, 17 April 2022 (UTC)
