What is the third step?

From the plan: "The Nerevarine will not be taught the secret rituals required to perform the third step." It goes on to mention that only Dagoth Ur and Sotha Sil know the secret to "steal the power of the Heart".

Has anybody discovered the third step? Perhaps some magic, like a soultrap spell? You can't ask Sotha Sil because he's dead when you get there. Thundre 08:03, 3 August 2011 (UTC)
