Milie Hastien: Fine Clothier is a clothing store found on the north end of Balmora.

Inside the shop

There are two small chests by the counter, one behind Milie and one on the counter. Both are guarded by level 50 locks. The small chest behind her is sitting on top of a worn chest, which is protected by a level 45 lock.

The three Bolts of Cloth on the counter are not owned, allowing easy acquisition of the bolt of Imperial Rat Hair Fabric needed to complete the quest The Champion of Clutter.
