I found an aggregator that copied the descriptions of the game updates, and it seems that updates 1.0.1.3902030 and 1.0.2.3911068 either had the same descriptions or were not changed

It also says that there was an update 1.1.0.3966057, which was supposedly on March 16, and was conditionally same as 1.1.1.3971055. However, I unfortunately missed this moment to be sure whether it was released on the 16th, and on the 21st there was just an announcement and an additional update to announce the addition of Germany to the list of countries where you can play or the aggregator pulled some test non-public version, or something like that
