Tyra Moretto is a Breton farmer who lives in Skingrad with her husband Lars and in-laws Jothan and Gunnar.

She gets up at 4am every morning and spends a few hours working around the house; she eats breakfast at 8am, then sits down to work at the loom all day. She eats dinner at 8pm, then goes to bed.

The top floor is also a single room tucked up under the roof; it is Lars and Tyra's room.
