Cornelius Cisterzio at work in the Bank of Cyrodiil

Cornelius Cisterzio is an Imperial merchant who runs the Bank of Cyrodiil.

He gets up at 6am every morning and has breakfast with his wife for two hours before going downstairs to open the bank for business. He remains open all day until 8pm. Depending on the day, where he goes next varies. On Sundas, he goes to the Temple of the One for worship services; on Morndas, Middas, and Fredas, he goes to The Merchants Inn for dinner; every other day, he goes for a walk in the Arboretum. In any case, he spends four hours there before he returns home and goes to bed at midnight.

Cornelius dresses smartly, in a blue velvet tunic, imperial breeches, and blue suede shoes; he is armed with a Dagger of Shocking (dwarven dagger, 10 pts of shock damage on hit) and carries a healing potion, some fresh clam meat, a large amount of gold, and keys to the vault and his apartment.

He lives with his wife, Hermette, in a large apartment above the bank. It's only a single room, but has a dining area, a large double bed, a work area with a desk, and several containers for storage.

Cornelius always welcomes customers with good cheer: "Welcome to the Bank of Cyrodiil! Cornelius Cisterzio at your service! Are you here to open an account at our fine institution?" Aside from business-related topics, he has nothing else to say.
