Arhadel Elderoak is a Wood Elf priest who serves in the Chapel of Kynareth in the Imperial City Waterfront District.

Arhadel leads a simple life. He rises at 6am every morning, eats breakfast for two hours, and spends the rest of the day tending to matters in his chapel - anything from cleaning to talking to his parishioners. On Sundas, he holds services from 8am to noon. On all days, he goes to bed at 11pm.
