Technically, she isn't casting anything. That's the "sotha alma appear effect", which is a static item in the dome of Sotha Sil. It's supposed to be her summoning her armor and sword - and indeed a conjuration sound plays at the same time - but it's all fake. –Rpeh^{•T•C•E•} 21:58, 14 March 2009 (EDT)
