Deletion?

I don't agree with the claim that this image needs to be deleted. The image is only not being used because it was removed (it was originally uploaded as there was no image of the Space Core on the Atronach Forge at Skyrim:Fall of the Space Core, Vol 1, and I didn't notice the image Legoless uploaded) from the articles it was being used on. Instead of arguing over the reason for deletion, however, I'd prefer to argue over which one is better (the better one being the one we use).

I prefer mine, it shows off the Atronach Forge and the space core better than the other image. Similarities to the image File:SR-item-Sigil Stone.jpg doesn't help the other version of this images case, in my opinion. I believe that if you're going to shoot an image of something on a pedestal (especially if the pedestal was designed to work with the item in questions) or something similar, you also have to effectively capture an image of the pedestal. Neither of Lego's images do that, the Space Core and the Sigil Stone take up the majority of the image, with the pedestal and the forge only partially in the shot. While there is nothing wrong with that sort of image, it would of been better to have just done an image of the item taken from the inventory if that's what is wanted, which isn't what these images are supposed to be. They're supposed to be images of the Sigil Stone and the Space Core on the Atronach Forge. While my image does need to be renamed (I wasn't sure what to name it at the time), and recategorized (I wasn't sure what category was appropriate at the time), I am sure that mine is better and should be the one that is used. I know my argument stipulates that the Sigil Stone image needs to be reshot as well, but that can easily be done. --AKB ^{Talk Cont Mail} 19:18, 9 April 2012 (UTC)

I prefer this one (yours) as well, for the reason that it does show the entire pedestal. The other image cuts off the golden part, which is rather disappointing. This one is also a bit more dramatic, since it takes up more of the room. Vely^{►Talk►Email} 19:28, 9 April 2012 (UTC)

I don't feel strongly either way, and I don't think I can support my own images too much because of an obvious bias. My reasons for swapping the images is stated on the deletion proposal, so I won't post them here. --Legoless 19:55, 9 April 2012 (UTC)
