Any way to use Recall without magic?

Hey
Im making a complete non magic using character. The only thing I really want for practical reasons is recall.
I probably wont be able to MAKE a magic item with it.
Are there existing magic items with recall in the world?

Nope, casting it yourself is the only way. There are no items in game that will cast it for you.

But even with 5% skill the max cost is like 75 spell points, so if you have that much (or make a magical item with "increases spell points" effects) then you can still do it.

You don't have to use magicka to become an Archmage of the mage's guild. I think only two quests actually use spells like open or sleep. So your character could skip those and still get to 100 rep with the guild by doing the other quests. Then you could enchant a wand or any item with Recall.

You do at least need to train your skills, though. It'd be possible to do it without magic, but it'd be going through a lot of trouble to avoid casting.
