Next to the stairs in Whiterun, there are two parallel streams of water. When I get farther way from them or come at them from a certain angle they look completely black. Does anyone have this problem also? By the way, I'm on Xbox.

Yea its just graphical limitations, it might hurt the immersion a bit but overall its basically because the 360 isnt strong enough anymore

I don't think that's it. 360 is ~PC on high. From what it looks like, it's like two layers are crossing. One to color the entry into the sewers, and the other in the water. Xbox is still able to hold up very well in IMO, and by the way, all of the gameplay Bethesda released before the game was released was on Xbox, to get an understanding of the graphics if you don't play on 360.

I had this happen on PC. Reloaded and it fixed it that time around. Of course they have a lot of bugs to fix, this being one of them.
