I have an odd problem. I'm fairly certain of the cause, just not the solution.

Anyway, I created a mod and I now wish to upload it to TES Nexus. I can edit the mod, it plays fine when I load Oblivion. The problem is when I go to my Oblivion/Data folder the .esp file just.. isn't there. I know it has to be, but it's not showing up. I read online it is caused by Vista, but the solution they suggested didn't work. Therefore, I have no idea what to do and this just doesn't make sense to me.
