Don't see why he's bothering with the vest. Not like they'll be firing anything other than blanks. Still, nice of him to give it to her, if it gives her some confidence.

"You shutup," Amanda whispered to The Voice, turning her head so that she wasn't talking to anyone directly. "It is nice, so you don't have to say one more thing about it."

An idea suddenly sprung into Sherwood's mind.
“Hey, if you guys are really worried about an ambush...I...suppose I could do a bit of recon before anyone goes in the house- you know, check it's safe. See who's in there.” He said to the group. He wanted to make sure that he was going to be useful, and didn't want to be classed as one of the 'less capable' members that Alex mentioned.

Jess gave a small tight sad smile. "Yes, you may go, but for this mission I'm assigning you a leader." Then a badge was handed out, one for each person. This badge had their codenames upon them rather official photograph of them. "Spectre, you're in charge of this hunt." Everyone who had a phone felt it buzz four times, should they look at the sender of the text it wouldn't come up with a character that could be recognised on the keyboard.

"Aetherius?" Amanda wondered out loud as she looked at her badge. She checked her phone when it buzzed and saw the message. She put her phone away and waited to see what would happen next.

Viktor looked at the message on his phone and then put it away. He nodded at Spectre's suggestion. "Sounds like the best course of action." said Viktor. Good thing we're not going in first. It's the second mouse that gets the cheese.

Dick couldn't tell what the badge said and seemed to be utterly baffled by the mere concept of a badge. He was looking at it from side to side trying to determine if it was something he should eat or use or wear or if he needed to sniff it. "I am sorry to be a small bother but I can't tell what these markings are on this little item or what I am supposed to do with it." He said to anyone that would listen to him.

"Alright Spectre," Alex said as he attached his badge, "But shouldn't we be set up in standby, just in case."

"The second mouse gets the cheese," Amanda said, repeating The Voice's words. "Shouldn't more than one person go at a time? For safety?" she asked.

"I am unsure if this works, but I maybe able to help people to reach the roof and i think, with a small amount of strength, i can smash through it without causing the humans inside to be alerted or I can act as a thing for them to be rather distracted by." Dick suggested whilst waiting for someone to reply to his request of reading his badge.

"She does have a point," Alex nodded, "Take your pick spectre, you're the boss."

Sherwood was quite excited to see that they had badges. "Cool, codenames!" He exclaimed with a grin. "Spectre? Hey, I thought you didn't know what some of our powers were. How did you know what to call us?" He inquired to Jess, looking at her suspiciously.

His face took on a shocked expression when he was told that he would be in charge of this mission. Wow. Me? Crikey, I better take this seriously. Don't want to look like some incompetent chump in front of everyone -especially those more suited to stuff like this.

He put his fingers through his messy auburn hair, as he listened to the groups opinion of his suggestion to go in first.
"It wouldn't be dangerous...oh, sorry, I wasn't clear with what I meant. I meant I'd go in..." he paused for a second, still feeling weird about talking about his ability, "ghost-form. That's my thing."
Sherwood laughed awkwardly.
"I could go in the house without them seeing me or knowing I was there, look around, then come out and tell you lot. You could be up the street somewhere. I could always go in with someone after that...if you think that'd be good."

"Ghost form!?" Amanda asked. "You turn invisible?"

Sherwood laughed, feeling embarrassed. "No, not really. My body stays were it is. I just, kind of...come out of it and then I can walk about and stuff -like a ghost."
God. My power sounds ridiculous.

"Does it stay standing, or does it lose consciousness?" Amanda asked, suddenly very curious about Sherwood's power. "And it doesn't sound ridiculous," she said to The Voice, who she imagined was just to her right.

"Oh, hey. I was just thinking that!" Sherwood said in amusement and surprise. "And, unfortunately, no, I don't stay standing up. Looks like I've just been hit with a poison dart, I'd imagine. I always sit or lie down when I'm going to do it. Except the few times it's happened unexpectedly -that was embarrassing."
He felt more comfortable talking now, since Amanda seemed keen on hearing about it.

Amanda tilted her head slightly when Sherwood responded to her reprimand of The Voice. "You were just..." she started. When Sherwood continued, her eyebrows raised and a grin appeared on her face. "So do you feel what happens to your body while you're away? Like if you got stepped on, would you even know?" she asked.

Sherwood pulled a face over Amanda's question. "Crikey. I don't know. I don't think I can feel little things, but if someone punched me in the face, I dunno, maybe?!" He laughed again. "Why? You've not got something mean in mind for later have you?" He grinned as he joked.

"Not gonna lie boss-man, that's pretty damn useful," Alex said in an appreciative tone while giving Sherwood a nod.

"I assure you, I wouldn't do anything unbecoming of a Southern Lady," Amanda said to Sherwood. "And I agree, that power is impressive as well as practical."

Sherwood giggled at Amanda's response.
"Thanks!" He said to her and Alex. It felt really good to finally talk about his SPIG with other SPIGS, and their compliments made him smile broadly. "It's no exploding touch though!"

"So, should we discuss more tactics, or should we get going and decide more when we're there?" He asked the group. "Oh, do we get tasers or something?" He directed his enquiry at Jess.

Viktor decided to speak up when Sherwood asked for a taser. "I think we'll need more than tasers and plastic handcuffs to deal with the decapitation squad." said Viktor in objection. I'll never understand why someone would pass over a stronger weapon in favor of less efficient non-lethal one. Unless you need someone alive, you don't need a taser. "I came here with weapons. Revolver, sniper rifle, knife. I'd like them back if I'm going to be going into the field."

"Well mine comes with a whole host of problems," Alex shrugged, "Yeah, I second that about guns- specifically mine."

"I will confess, being invisible is something that is rather useful and if we do encounter someone that shares the same abilities as I, it will confuse them if they do not pick up your scent and ambush you." Dick commented as he gave up on trying to get this so called code-name. "But i will admit, i do feel that we should kill the killers to prevent more deaths as i view it as the only neccessary step. I apologise if this is not the case and if Spectre perfers, i shall remain silent. But for our weapons, i do not feel comfortable with using an arm made out of fire or those things that are called guns as i think i physically lack the skills and finger to use them. However, if we have time, i can show everyone what my weapons are if it aids our thing." Dick said to everyone as he slid the badge into his pocket.

"Well maybe some of us want to keep people alive," Amanda said to The Voice.
