I know from the lore more or less that Redguards are known to be good adventurers, strong fighters etc. And there are 2 female redguards (dont know name) one near cropsford and the other in kvatch temple that seem to behave very honorable.

But it seems that a good 50% of all bandits and vampires I encounter are Redguards. Is this just a random act of bethesda or are we to assume that the 30 intelligence makes them more compelled to crime. I mean I have never seen a Breton or Altmer bandit or such. I recall they might be conjurers. I guess in the end it's the same thing: An aggressive npc that wants to kill you (without ever elucidating what it is about you that ticks them off so much).

I find that Redguard bandits, and especially males seem more inclined to shouting insults at the player than others. Maybe I focused on it too much. I don't know.
Honestly I never quite "got" Redguards. Oblivion was my first ES Game, and so I never played older ones. I tried playing as Redguards sometimes but there is like this energy that says, nah that's not you. And then I delete the character. I guess people who play ES games are naturally more or less inclined to play as different races as others. I myself Like Altmers, Khajiit, Argonians, and Bretons most.
Maybe that says something about my style? (Magic/Stealth)

Opinions?

You're reading way too much into it. Redguards were chosen for their racial benefits to the bandit class.

Well that settles it fast. XD As an INTP I tend to overscrutinize things.

Yeah, I think it's pretty much a case of Redguards being chosen as strong natural fighters for the bandit classes, etc. to challenge the player's character in the same manner that Altmer and Bretons are primarily chosen as Conjurers and Necromancers for their inherent magical aptitude. Trayvond the Redguard being one notable exception in the guild of mages. Honestly, I seem to recall running into just as many Bosmer bandits as anything though because of their stealth and sniping. The "tanks" in heavy armor were usually Orcs, while the "barbarians" with light armor and heavy weapons were Nords. The one that jumped me during the Anvil mage guild quest was a khajiit, and so was the one in the fort on the road to Weynon Priory after escaping the sewers.
