Can someone make a character/race for me because i do not know how to use The Construction Set so if someone has free time and can do it if its possible i want my character/race to look like Needles Kane off of twisted metal.
Look him up on google for pictures if you do not know what he looks like.

If you do make him make his stats like this.
Make him a Male(you can just leave female stats as it is or put them the same idc, im not going to use the female)

Str-65
Int-60
Wil-60
Agi-45
Spd-50
End-60
Luc-50
Pers-0

Blade=10
Athletics=10
Acrobatics=10
Block=5
Heavy Armor=5
Destruction=5

for specials put
resist fire
weakness to frost
Greater Fireball
absorb health

everything else like the voice and stuff you don't have to do unless you want to i don't care about that, but yeah that's everything.
