Well I've Been Downloading Modded Saves And Well I Thought of A Great Idea, Well I'm thinking We Could Deconstruct A Oblivion Save And Then Reconstruct It To Where We Can Get Better Items Please Give me An answer.

Altering saves and bringing them back to the console version is quite a bit of work, and something we really don't talk about. My honest recommendation, if you just want to cheat for better items, abuse the duplication glitch. Its safer, and quicker. You'll have infinite resources, and infinite numbers of any items you might need.

Well I Mean, By Deconstructing One save Not Only Can We Reconstruct But add Mods And New GamePlay

BTW Im PS3 Player I Don't Got PC Version

I remember seeing something about a modded version of Oblivion (full version, not just a save file) for PS3, but I don't remember what it was called or where I saw it, and I couldn't find it after a quick Google search.

Nobody here has anything to do with it, though. You'll have keep searching the internet for forums that are dedicated to modding and homebrew to find what you're looking for.
