Probably an easy question, but none of my online searches has helped, so I turn to you.

Started the arena thing, talked to the dude, he gives me the armor, put it on, I say "you bet" to entering the arena, and the vertical bars blocking access to the ramp up to the actual arena are still there. Worse, the quest marker is still over Owyn's head. I would console myself (!) through this, but the ID for this quest is beyond my powers to retrieve.

And so we are stuck. I've done this on the XBox several times, no problem, yet the PC has failed me. Oh why?!

Did you make sure that you scheduled a match? You can only go in if you're scheduled to fight.

This may help. Has some console commands on there as well. I played it on the 360 with no problems but not on PC yet, but its been a few years. This is all I got I'm afraid.

You put the armor on and came back to talk to him again?

Can't you reload the doorway save from when you walked in?

Open the console and use tcl to go past the wall. If you can get in, it might fix the issue.

Well tcl me pleased but no-clipping into the arena seems to have worked. Thanks!
