Hi!
As per topic, I would like to ask how you can poison the weapons in Morrowind by using poisoned or draining potion.
I specify that I have reached a level in alchemy, which allows me to create these potions, but I have not yet managed to find a way of impact on weapons for, in fact, to poison them.

I played a lot of time in Oblivion, where this process is almost automatic: take a poison/draining potion of some skills, pass it on the desired weapon, and you find it ready to be used with the poison.
Unfortunately in Morrowind I have not yet managed to understand how to replicate this process, also because I recently installed the game (after years that I had set aside), and I thought the procedure was the same as Oblivion.

Thanks in advance to those who can give me some tips about it!

You cannot, because there are no weapon poisons in Morrowind (aside from the ). You have created a harmful potion which is of no use.

Thanks for the reply, legoless.
So I can only create draining/harmless potions to sell them, right?
And what about potions that have "double" effects, that is, beneficial and dangerous at the same time?

Potions that have negative effects as well as positive effects are often called "spoiled" in other games, like "Spoiled Potion of Cure Disease" or "Spoiled Potion of Invisibility."

Potions with negative effects, either entirely or in part, can still be consumed for whatever reason, in case you actually want to lower a stat for a bit.

The use of an alembic can help reduce the magnitude of any negative effects in your potions.
