So I'm planning on replaying Morrowind soon, currently trying to find a good combo of mods and wrap my head around installing them properly. I haven't modded Morrowind before so it's all new to me.

But what I wanted to ask here is this, how do I add a permanent "Fortify Attack 100" to my character via Console Commands? So like how characters with The Warrior birthsign get a permanent Fortify Attack 10 effect. Is there any way to do it? I'm already going to bump up my speed and acrobatics for convenience sake, I was thinking of doing the same thing with my Attack stat to make sure the "to hit" formula comes out in my favor without impacting my damage or skill.

Do you know if this is possible and if so what console command I'd need to enter?

If you want to up your attack so that you'll never miss, a good console command would be player->setattackbonus #, and afaik that sets your attack value to whatever you want. Not very straightforward, considering how every other setattribute console command doesn't include the "bonus", but I think it works. If you want a similar Sanctuary Bonus (so that your character never gets hit), I think player->setdefendbonus works as well.

If that doesn't work, the only alternatives I can think of would be to player->addspell skillmephala_sp and then use the spell effect to either create some long-lasting spell or constant effect enchantment, or if you have Tribunal you could take the two ingredients that have Fortify Attack as an attribute, get your intelligence really high and then make god potions that boost your attack.
