Ok so I'm currently doing the Urshilaku quest where you have to go get the bow for the one tribe leader. I went throughout all the tombs for hours and looked it up and realized I had already killed the ghost that has the bow, so I went back to the last burial and the ghosts body which contains the bow wasn't there!! What do I do?!?! Does it respawn? :S

This might be my favorite Morrowind dungeon.

Unfortunately Wraith of Sul-Senipul does not respawn. His corpse is gone after three in game days. Check again - it is quite dark in there and as I remember ghost corpses ain't that obvious to spot.
If it is gone - unless you play on the PC (and "Platform: Xbox" suggest you are not) you will have to go back to some previous game saves. Otherwise your main quest is broken.

And for all the PC players out there - you can follow the wiki and use following console command:
AddItem bonebiter_bow_unique 1

Well, the good thing about Morrowind is that you can still complete the main quest in a different way. Of course, if this is your first playthrough, I wouldn't recommend going the alternate route, since you'll miss out on the story.
