I layed around in the slums of Balmora telling myself things would be different, there weren't, I went down to the southwall and bought skooma, I drank myself silly back in the slums, I woke up and felt like killing myself, so I went to the canals and jumped in, the skooma had made me so dum that I had forgot I was an argonian and couldn't drown :/. A khajiit saw me and laughed at me so I splashed her, and was suprised when she sayed "DIE N'WAH" apparently she was just a really hairy dunmer lady, that's it, I'm not gonna stop, I killed her, took her loot, it seemed to be an adventurers starter kit, so I set off on my way to Ald'ruhn, I will join House Redoran and find my place in the world. (liked my story?)

I made an Imperial female monk. I have a mod that makes hand to hand useful (yay!).

More what I did yesterday... I reinstalled the game for the 10th time, installed Morrowind Overhaul and made a new character. I just got off the boat and realised it was late and I had work today so I went to bed. Can't wait to start playing tonight!

While playing with mods, I tried to force child to give me his money, I failed, he called the guards (and Eldafire) and then Eldafire one-hit KOed me with her fists.

I have had trouble getting into this game in the past, but I felt like giving this one another try yesterday with a character I started a few months ago and got about an hour of gameplay in. I think I'm finally starting to get a feel for this one.

My character, Dynild, headed out from Balmora. Consulting his journal, he suspected his Mage's guild and Fighter's guild quests were fairly close, so he headed south to take care of those. He was able to take care of the egg poachers before I had to sign off for the night.

What I did yesterday was much more enjoyable and less tedious than today, so I'll start with yesterday first: I traveled to most of the highest trainer's locations and sought them out for later reference. (via coc) That was fun! Then I did some slave caves for a little more gratification.
This morning I did Cosade's 'Mission to Vivec'. and, quite frankly, I am so glad that one is over with!

After informing the fighter's guild the egg poachers were toast, Dynild spent some time doing some work for the Mage's guild, going out to collect mushroom samples. On the way there and back, he made sure to harvest as many plants as he could find to level up his alchemy, only to find that when he turned in his mushrooms, his next task involved finding flower samples, which he already had! The next quest involved going out in search of a measly bowl. He really wishes he could just tell his fellow mage to get her own damned bowl, it's just next door. Lazy kajiit.

Edit: Thought I'd edit my post rather than double-post.
Spent some time researching the Great Houses, only to find out I'd already signed up for Hlaalu when I started this character months ago. Oops :)

So after fetching the stupid bowl and spending an evening chasing down paperwork, Dynild decided to take care of his first Hlaalu job, and to take care of the Fighter's Guild job at the Caldera mine along the way. Just as he was arriving, he ran into a Nord that had been taken advantage of by a witch - It was a bit out of the way, but Dynild decided to help and got a pretty nice staff for his trouble.

What I did in Morrowind? I haven't done any proper gameplay in a while. Just testing my own modifications I've been making in the CS.

I wandered around Vvardenfell looking at the shells of the houses I've been making for a mod to ensure they looked clean in game. That's about it. :)

I got a lot of game time in this weekend. Dynild is still hanging around Balmora, taking care of as many guild quests there as he can. He's also started on the main quest, doing favors for the thieves and mages guilds in exchange for info. He's also been working on making some friends in house Hlaalu.

I have a few characters, though today I started up with my Khajiit male, Kharjo.

Kharjo didn't grow up the best. He was a orphan on the streets of the Imperial city, getting by after his parents where killed in a smuggling incident with some skooma addicts that went sour. Eventually, after honing his skins as a thief, he ended up joining the Imperial Thieves guild. Alas, on one of his jobs, things didn't go according to plan, and he saved his buddy on the job by risking himself, and was caught. Much to his surprise, however, he wasn't in jail for long: instead, he was to be sent to Morrowind. On the emperor's orders.

After landing in Seyda Neen, Kharjo proceeded to loot the place, steal the key to the warehouse, and raid the place there, too. On his adventuring near Seyda Neen, he cleared the bandit cave, released the slaves, and raided the place for all it was worth. He also discovered the tax collector's body. After some investigating, Kharjo found the killer. After killing the murderer, mostly because he figured he'd get a nice, fat purse for his work (because hey, you gotta eat!), Kharjo got 500 gold for executing the killer. Luckily, they didn't ask about the 200 gold he gained from taxes, so Kharjo had a really nice big ol' purse. ;)

Kharjo is now setting up his "base of operations" in that dunmer's old place. He also went to go and see the deceased tax collector's girlfriend, and gave her his ring. Sadly, Kharjo has a bad case of sticky fingers, and she saw him pawing through her stuff and attacked. Kharjo quickly dispatched the woman. He didn't feel too good about it at first, but it isn't the first time he has gotten his sword bloody. He went through the rest of her house, stashing away any goodies he could find, and he also spied on the Bosmer he had given the healing ring to earlier. After finding his hiding space, he looted it for what it is worth, than went to his newfound home and stashed away his skooma and moon sugar horde, which was... a lot after he warehouse and smugglers. He then went off and sold his (mostly) stolen loot to Arrille. Old habits die hard, afterall!
For now, Kharjo decided to take a rest, since it's been a long day.

--------------------

Not totally sure yet what I'll be doing with Kharjo later. ;) I imagine down the line he might get with Ahnassi, though he probably won't meet her for a good awhile. I plan on getting him in with the Thieves Guild in Morrowind though, and maybe an assassin guild. Dunno yet! I know he is a bit of a willy [&@%!] though, and I do plan on using the glitch related to the Robinna quest with him - I love how if you use the back door, you can get rewards for both sides of the quest, lol.

Rescued a poor Kahjiit slave that I originally was to deliver to another Dark Elf in Balmora. Found out she was forced to swollow many drugs and would have most likely been killed to get the drugs out. Being a Kahjiit myself I am very sympathtic to the plight of my own kind. So I decided to free her. Once I safely delievered her to Ebonheart I went back to pay a little visit to the slaver. I wanted to show him how shiny my sword was.... up close!

Rabiina!! Or something, sounds like Ribena, unloaded too much loot into my redoran stronghold, began to question morrowind for why I couldnt sell every artifact in the game to the museum as I had too many, got annoyed at all the the damn glass and ebony and daedric armor and weapons I had lying around, figured I had too much gold to bother seling it properly so I thought mabye I should just sell all this crap to some merchant for his maximum price (so I'd lose about 100K) for no reason, then I thought to carry all this junk I'll need to exploit alchemy and make feather poitions, then I exploited it and made deadly poisons and feather potions, then i teleported via console (first cheat ever) to mournhold, sold it all to some armorer, began attacking a guard, couldn't take it anymore and uninstalled the game, but I kept my save as a level 38 swordsman...

After finally finishing Oblivion, I'm returning to Morrowind and Skyrim. Yesterday was a Morrowind day, but I hadn't played in months.

So the first thing Dynild had to do after launching the game was try to remember what he was doing in Hla Oad. After talking to a few locals and checking his journal he remembered the job for the thieves' guild he came there to do, and took care of that. The next job was to grab something from a dead dunmer's house, which was easy since he'd already moved in. He's now on his way to a mages' guild job just outside of town.

Dynild did some more questing in and around Balmora yesterday evening until he reached a point where he realised all of his current jobs were in the direction of Pelagiad and Vivec. Time for a road trip! He had accepted a mages' guild job to escort someone to Pelagiad in exchange for his notes, and he was happy to do so, but when the pair ran into their first Cliff Racer, the mage jumped in between it and Dynild's spear. Shrugging, Dynild grabbed the notes, and anything else he found useful, off the corpse and continued on his way.

Grimgor the Nord barbarian entered the cavern of Sushishi with his companions, the Dunmer, Khann Sershurrapal and the Breton, Marriane de Castor. There, they slew the Khajit brigand Dro'Zhirr and his entire band in order to retrieve the heirlooms of the lady Aeta Wavebreaker. Upon finding the rearmost chambers of the cavern blocked by a lava-filled chasm, Grimgor had his comrades meet him back in Caldera while he used a rising force potion to cross the lava and find a magical helm. Unable to return across the lava, Grimgor used a Divine Intervention spell to teleport to Fort Buckmoth. As the road back to Caldera was fraught with numerous fell beasts, Grimgor struck up an alliance with Annah Indaren, a Dunmer woman who, bucking against tradition, had joined the Imperial Legion. Grimgor and Annah were delayed by a raging ash storm as they left Buckmoth. As the storm subsided, Grimgor took note of a Daedric shrine between the fort and Caldera. Finally, after returning Lady Wavebreaker's heirlooms, they joined Khann and Marriane at Shenk's Shovel and together the four prepared to brave the terrors of the Daedric Shrine, Ramimilk upon the morrow.

Let's see. Today I...

1) Killed Fargoth
2) Got an angry merchant his glass back.
3) Killed an angry merchant for being so angry even though he got his glass back.
4) Intimidated an Ordinator because he looked at me funny.
5) Collected two Daedric Darts and two Daedric Tantos - added to my daedric item collection though I sold the spare tanto.
6) Killed Fargoth... Again.
7) Played a wicked lute solo at the Eight Plates.

Good day overall.

Just swam across Sheogorad region for a looong time, killed that necromancer leader in Vas for Fighters Guild in Ald-ruhn. Have been postponing the clearing of the Sixth House base for Caius for quite a while in order to level up some more.

Since I have beaten Oblivion (first game of the series I ever got,) last year, and then just beat Skyrim (the second game of the series I got,) not too long ago, I'm moving on with the third game of the series I bought, Morrowind, and am now slowly making my way through the game.

Playing through as an Argonian Mage, member of the Imperial Cult (haven't done any quests yet,) House Hlaalu (a couple of quests done,) and am a Conjurer of the Mages Guild. Outside of talking to Caius, I've done nothing else of the main quest. Got a lot of leveling I need to do I feel.

I don't know if I'll join any other factions yet. I think these three are enough for now.

I went out to retrieve a stolen Heirloom and ended up half-dead in a Daedric Shrine. And then, I wrote a in-character Journal Entry about it, because I'm a super cool guy 8)
