He wants to talk about possibly starting up an Aldmeri Dominion guild, encompassing the Altmer and Bosmer, as well as the Khajiit. Dark Spark showed a link to a quest idea for Oblivion. The only connection is it involves Khajiit and could be considered some what neutral. The question had nothing to do with the Renjiira Krin.

My purpose was not to dictate. It was to inspire.

Truth be told, when I first saw the title, an all-Bosmer group came to mind. But the first words zzar wrote were about Khajiit, and I was reminded of the Renrijra Krin.
