Hey folks.
First thanks for this pages.
I love them and got so much help and interesting Infos from them.

Now the question I have:

Just ran into a Volkihar Vampir (lev 48) near Tovalds cave. My char is at level 30 and didnt stand a chance. (Legendary)
Vanilla Game - no add ons
I didnt expect that to happen this early.

Im looking for a list, where i can see at which character level they can spawn.
In the description of most are only the levels of the enemy themselves.
On the dragon page its mentioned (for example Frost Dragons are level 30 but can spawn from level 27).

I googled my a** off.
