I am now lv 4 and have not spent any magic perks yet. What is the best set of perks ( guess I will focus on destruction right now). I like fire but does that work for all dragons or are mixes of elemental spells better?

I took Novice Destruction, Destruction Dual Casting, Impact, then Augmented Flames. (Destruction's 46 now)
Paired with Apprentice Robes of Destruction (Dest. Spells cost 15% less, Magicka regen's 75% faster) it makes calling a familiar and then laying down a dual casting of Flames or Frostbite hugely affective. Especially Frostbite.
