I read about somebody who inheritied somebody elses estate after he died. I was wondering if this was true? ALso how long does it take for containers to respawn?

I was informed by post that Severo Pelagia (to whom I had once sold a potato) had died and left his estate to me, which after death duties and the postal charge amounted to 85 gold pieces.

Heres what the guy posted.

Sometimes, if an NPC takes a shine to you, you could get a Courier stopping you, telling you [NPC] died and left you said inheritance. Just a perk for being a nice neighbor. ^^
