While I'm casting a spell? Through all my many hours of skyrim, up til now, when casting or "holding" a spell, like getting ready to cast a fireball, but having it still in your hands, you don't regenerate magicka. Now I do

Spoilers about progress in college of winterhold

I have become archmage, but I don't remember it being like this after, but I did do a quest for the Illusion teacher where I purified some things around the college that took about 1 minute.

In my active effects page, there are 3 new things (presumably from the 3 things I purified) all 3 of which are called "fortify magicka"
Then the title of it its called "drain magicka" for some reason, and the description is +25 fortify magika 2 hours. Nothing in my active effects would suggest why I would be regening magicka at a ridiculously fast rate, and during when I'm charging a spell. Even my highborn power for being a high elf wouldn't regen during casting of a spell. At this point, I can cast "wall of flames" (expert level channeling fire spell) infinitely...

Sounds like it might be a bug

I "waited" and the 3 effects from that mini quest are gone and so is my insane magicka regen. Also, I can't do it again to get the same bonus, so not sure if they made it ridiculously good for leveling since it is a one time thing, or they only meant me to have +75 magicka.
