Can anyone tell me what level you have to be at to receive the best possible version of leveled items? Is it like oblivion where there is a set level for all leveled items or is each item different? I noticed that chillrend has 6 possible levels while most other items have 5. I'm asking because I received the nightingale blade at 23 and it was only the 2nd level. I reloaded a previous save so I can do some power leveling backside I really want the top teir of all leveled items I receive. Thanks for your help.

Since Skyrim's leveling system is a mix of Morrowind's and Oblivion's, and since the wiki isn't up yet, I'd think that there would be some leveling in place, but not so much as Oblivion.

Im thinking that as far as leveled items go there is an initial level (1-15 first teir of the item) then hopefully every 5 you reach a new teir. I'm hoping by 35 to have the highest teir nightingale blade.
