I was traveling down the Reach on the main road to Whiterun/Falkreath. Down around Bard's Leap there is a spawn point on the trail winding east into the hillsides opening towards Rorikstead and the Whiterun plains. It was here that I saw a horse and its noble rider float up into the sky, then begin swirling around and around in an ever-widening circle as if caught in an invisible hurricane. I could imagine hearing the nobleman screaming "Oh noes!" as the horse began slamming into hillsides and then the river west of the road (yes, west of the road. They flew across the river). I saw one shape depart from the swirling horse, then the horse itself splats dead into the ground one revolution later.

I managed to find the dead noble and loot him, but the horse was somewhere around Bard's Leap and I had pressing business in Falkreath, so I left it behind.

Wood Elf - "Any news from the other parts of Tamriel?"

Bandit - "They say syndicates of wizards have led a boycott of Imperial goods, in the land of the Altmer"

Wood Elf - "The Altmer have powerful wizards, it could be a dangerous situation"

Bandit - "STOP TALKING"

While climbing out of the water after jumping off Bard's leap, a Forsworn attacked. I shot him with my crossbow and it went full auto (about 3 to 4 shots a second) as long as I held down the mouse button. He looked like a porcupine!

Not entirely certain if it was a glitch or not, but... Aren't Hired Thugs supposed to spawn in groups of three?

Kas'Lei was wandering the coast near Orphan's Tear when she was attacked by a Hired Thug that came swimming out of the ocean. There was only one. A little confused, I wandered the coast looking for the other two and I did successfully find one more. He charged Kas'Lei near Lower Steepfall Burrow. The third? Never found. Which is a shame because neither of the others had a contract. I wanted to know who sent the Thugs to get Kas'Lei so I could murder them (assuming they weren't dead already, which was most likely).

Last night I came across two Imperial guards in the well(? I think that's what it is) in the market in Riften. I think they might be a bit smaller-than-normal-sized too.

It looks like they'd only come up to the chest of the one outside the well thing.

I am still amused by random floating. Last time I made a new character, Ralof was just calmly hovering in the air at the place where you have to jump through the roof.

But by far the best was the one time where I was just admiring Mammoths in all their majestic mammothness, when suddenly one just gently takes to the air, floats for a bit and then lands as if nothing ever happened.
It was beautiful.

That is the best airballoon I have ever seen. And I want it.

Well, at least the giants can rest easy knowing that their mammonths' sacrifices contributed to Tamriel's Space Program.

The giants themselves have already made leaps and bounds with their own flight experiments using foolhardy adventurers as their test subjects.

I a dwemer ruin (north solsteim) I stumbled upon a falmer 1/3 the normal size . I don't what happened but I do know that it was hard to hit with crossbow

i was walking through whiterun and touched the graymanes cow shivered a little bit, and got launched into the atmosphere

I'm new here and can't browse through all the posts in this topic, but - did it happen to anyone that the mannequin in Honeyside (I think) moved a few feet?
Mannequins are glitched as hell and given the fact that I find them creepy as it is is not helping. One of them in Hjerim constantly switches whatever I put on its head with a novice hood. And once (I can't post an image here *sigh*), one of them didn't have a face all of a sudden. There was just a dark hole under the hood.

I hate those things...

From the Bugs section of the page:

-Placing items on mannequins may make that part of the mannequin become invisible.
-This bug is fixed by version 1.4 of the Official Skyrim Patch.

-Mannequins may also "move" around the house.
-PC Only: This bug is fixed by version 1.2.4 of the Unofficial Skyrim Patch.

Is there a known bugged spawn point SE of Markarth? Twice now I have had very odd NPC interactions along the main road that aren't quite described in the wiki.
First was a lone, hostile sorcerer type named simply High Elf, shooting fire at me, IIRC. Upon her corpse were restoration robes and she had been carrying scrolls of conjuration and a shock staff.
Later, Lydia and I were trying to find Valthume, when near that same spot a hooded woman came from a side path in a dead run right past us. We chased her down to see if there was aid we could provide. When she stopped, I saw that she was a vampire. I could not interact with her, though when I tried, she appeared to turn hostile, then rendered herself invisible and her disembodied voice asked, "is someone there?" as if she had busted me sneaking. This was in broad daylight, though at no point did she seem to be suffering sun damage. It was clear she was no threat to us, so we went on our way to the ruins. Markarth had been randomly attacked by vampires the night before, but I can't imagine there being a connection beyond general level-based increases in vampire activity.

Also, is back from the dead again...

Stepped into the Riverwood Trader to unload some stuff. Lucan Valerius gave me his usual greeting of "Thank you so much for taking care of those thieves..."

Meanwhile, there's a generic un-named Thief running around inside the shop.

When I tried to get the Raven Rock Mine word wall, I hear sizzling and music, but instead of just one of the words being blue and coming off of the wall, all of the words are red and won't come off the wall. How does one fix this? Oh, here is my Load Order:

Typically, the first solution for any glitch is to reload a save from before you entered the cell. However, because the entirety of Raven Rock Mine is actually just 1 cell, to do so is basically to do the quest all over again. Here is a SS, BTW:

Apparently Atub decided to take a vacation. I went to do The Cursed Tribe and she wasn't in her usual spot. It was just that one standing guard at the gate.
I searched the entire stronghold and Atub wasn't there. I had to use the console to bring her back.

Now that I think about it, I should have tried to bring Kas'Lei to her instead of Atub to Kas'Lei. It would have been interesting to see where she was.
